Accepted Answer

No. trade2sync runs in the cloud, so each release is already live on every account across all plans. There is nothing to download, install or update. Where a release does need a one-off action from you, it is called out in a "Worth checking" note on that version.

Which brokers and platforms do TradingView webhooks work with?

Accepted Answer

Webhook alerts execute on MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade and TradeLocker accounts. Any application or indicator that can send a pair, direction, stop loss and take profit over a webhook works, and TradingView is simply the most common source. One thing to know: a webhook alert opens a trade rather than updating one, so follow-up commands such as close half or move to breakeven are read from Telegram signals only.

Can trade2sync copy signals that use Telegram custom emoji?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The copier reads the text behind Telegram custom emoji, so a signal where the symbol or direction is rendered as a coloured badge rather than plain text is parsed and executed normally. It applies automatically to every channel, with no setup.

Question 4

Does a saved configuration include my broker login?

Accepted Answer

No. A saved configuration stores trading settings only: risk and lot, TP and SL, symbols, sessions and signal rules. Broker credentials and account numbers are never written into a saved or exported configuration, so a config file is safe to back up or share.

What happens to my existing workspaces after an update?

Accepted Answer

Nothing changes. Existing workspaces, channels, open trades and saved settings continue to work exactly as before.
